Work surfaces are meant to get dirty, but over time that paint, stain, and glue can build up. To protect your surface from spills, mount an inexpensive window shade to the side.
Less Mess. The shade mounts easily to a pair of brackets that get screwed to the edge of your table or workbench. Simply pull the shade out when you’re ready to work. When you’re finished, wait until the paint, stain, or glue has dried, and then retract the shade.
